The candidate would like to reuse his/her test score. However, I can’t find it. What do I do?
- There can be several reasons for this, for example:
- The candidate has completed the test for a different organization.
- The candidate completed the other version of Matrigma (either Adaptive or Classic).
- The candidate has completed the test with a different email address.
- The result is too old (usually older than two years).
