1. API improvements for coming new integrations with recruitment and HCM systems
2. Updates language/descriptions in visual analytics, specifically both “heatmap” and organizational culture (MATCH-V) visuals has updates descriptions on strategic, operative, driving and enabling descriptions. This is done to help the user make more sense of the data and align the different sections “job- and culture fit”.
3. Updates to candidate feedback MAP in order to drive a better and more constructive candidate experience. The aim has been to not loose clarity but being less deterministic to ensure the person can more readily understand what the score is actually saying. See example below:
