Why is there different matchscores in a project?

In the Summary you will get a matchscore including all assessments in the project against the competency profile and to the right you will get the matchscore for MAP against the competency profile. 

As you can see in below example there is a difference at 4 %. This is because of the Adaptive Matrigma result are above average. In this example the Interview guide haven't been completed yet so the matchscore might change depending on the rating in the Interview guide.
